If you already have your subscriber agreement and would like to submit it to Risk Assessment Group, please use the form below.
To locate the UPS/Risk Assessment Group ID number, please view your subscriber agreement. The very top of the page will show your ID number. If you have any questions, please call us at (866)777-1114.
Thank you for submitting your subscriber agreement. You're well on your way to implementing a compliant and thorough background screening program.
Within 24 hours you will receive your new account login information via email. This login information will be your key to the Risk Assessment Group web system.
The email will include your client id, username, and password. We will also be sending you a brief yet comprehensive training video that will help get you started.
Now is a good time for you do download the background authorization and have it signed by your first applicant. You will need this to initiate your first order.
